2022 Boys Competitive Spring Season: March - May
2022 Registration Notes:
- Silver Spring Warriors Boys will field MULTIPLE teams at U7, U9, U11, U13 and U15 age groups. All boys teams compete in the Southern Maryland Youth Lacrosse League (SMYLA).
- The league requirements for the Boys Spring 2022 season is based on players age as of September 1, 2021.
- In the unlikely event that public health guidelines force the league to cancel the Spring 2022 season – Silver Spring Lacrosse will offer a FULL REFUND for all participants.
** NOTE: Spring Registration for the 2022 Season will close Feb 15th!
Boys Spring 2022 - Registration
Register for U7 Scoopers (5-6 yos)
Register for U9 Bantams (7-8 yos)
Register for U11 Pee Wee (10-11 yos)
Register for U13 Midgets (11-12 yos)
Register for U15 Juniors (13-14 yos)
Juniors (U15)
13-14 years old
This age group will place teams in the SMYLA Chesapeake and/or Potomac Leagues. This age group will practice two (2) or three (3) nights a week and will compete against teams of equal skill sets from other organizations. Evaluations for team placements will be held the first week of practice. Teams will be broken into skill/experience after the final evaluation practice.
U15 Notes:
- U15s practice two day's a week (Mondays and Wednesdays).
- All practices are held at Francis Scott Key Middle School from 5:30-7:00.
Midgets (U13)
11-12 years old
This age group will place teams in the SMYLA Chesapeake and/or Potomac Leagues. This age group will practice two (2) or three (3) nights a week and will compete against teams of equal skill sets from other organizations. Evaluations for team placements will be held the first week of practice. Teams will be broken into skill/experience after the final evaluation practice.

Pee Wees (U11)
9-10 years old

Bantams (U9)
7-8 years old
This age group will place teams in the SMYLA Chesapeake and/or Potomac Leagues. This age group will practice two (2) or three (3) nights a week and will compete against teams of equal skill sets from other organizations. Evaluations for team placements will be held the first week of practice. Teams will be broken into skill/experience after the final evaluation practice.

Scoopers (U7)
5-6 years old
Our scoopers program is instructional and is focused on introducing kids to the game of lacrosse. Basic skills such as scooping, catching and throwing are introduced at this age group. We will schedule as many Scooper games as possible with other league teams but the main focus for this age group is developing the skill sets needed for the players to have FUN.
U7 Notes:
- U7s practice one day a week (Monday's Only).
- All practices are held at Francis Scott Key Middle School from 6:00-7:00.
